Total Care Urgent Care accepts most forms of insurance including PPO's, POS ,  most HMO's, Triwest/Champus,  and Medicare.

We are proud providers for PrimePartners Medical Group, Hemet Community Medical Group and Menifee Medical Group.

Medical/Medicaid is accepted for pediatric patients under the age of 21.
Vantage, IEHP and Molina insurances are currently accepted in the Lake Elsinore office only.

We also accept most Credit Cards – MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Sorry but we are unable to accept personal checks at this time.

All pediatric patients without healthcare insurance receive significant cash discounts.

Please remember that patients are ultimately responsible for paying all bills not covered by their insurance.
